Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan pada PT. Alfa Scorpii Yamaha Pematang Reba Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu
This study aims to determine and analyze The Effect Of Organizational Culture On Job Satisfaction At PT. Alfa Scorpii Yamaha Pematang Reba Indragiri Hulu. The type of research that the author uses is a descriptive survey research type and a quantitative research method using SPSS 22 software. The results of this study indicate that the Organizational Culture variable with indicators of Regularity of Behavior, Norms (behavior standards), Value (product quality), Philosophy, Rules, Organizational Climate gets results from respondents in the Storngly Agree category. As for the variable Employee Satisfaction with indicators of Salary, Work It Self, Promotion, Supervision, Colleagues get results from respondents in the Storngly Agree category. The results of the simple linear regression study show that Organizational Culture has a significant relationship to Employee Job Satisfaction.
