Pengaruh Pupuk Ecofarming dan NPK Mutiara terhadap Pertumbuhan Bibit Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis Guineensis Jacq.) di Main Nursery pada Media Gambut
The aim of this study was to determine the interaction and main effect of Ecofarming fertilizer and NPK 16:16:16 on the growth of oil palm seedlings in the main nursery on peat soil planting media. This research was carried out at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Riau Islamic University, Pekanbaru City, for 4 months from August to November 2022. The study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with two factors. The first factor was Ecofarming fertilizer, consisting of 4 levels, namely 0, 2, 4 and 6 ml per liter of water. The second factor was the dose of NPK 16:16:16, consisting of 4 levels namely 0, 7.5, 15 and 22.5 g per polybag. Parameters observed were plant height, number of fronds, length of longest frond, increase in seedling stem diameter and root volume. Observational data were analyzed statistically and continued with the BNJ test at the 5% level. The results showed that the interaction between ecofarming fertilizer and NPK 16:16:16 had a significant effect on the root volume of oil palm seedlings. The best treatment combination was ecofarming fertilizer 6 ml per l water and NPK 16:16:16 22.5 g per polybag. The main effect of ecofarming fertilizer is significantly on plant height, increase in the number of fronds, the length of the longest frond and the increase in the diameter of the seedling stems. The best treatment is a dose of 6 ml of ecofarming fertilizer per liter of water. The main effect of NPK 16:16:16 fertilizer is significant on plant height, increase in the number of fronds, the length of the longest frond and the increase in the diameter of the seedling stems. The best treatment was the dose of NPK 16:16:16 22.5 g per polybag.
