Pengendalian Stres Terhadap Konflik Peran pada Wanita Karier yang Bekerja di Pemerintahan Daerah Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi
This research is motivated by the phenomenon of women who face role conflict. Conflict tends to lead to stres and one of the factors that can affect the level of conflict is using stres control techniques. This study aims to determine the effect of using stres control techniques towards role conflict in career women in the Kuantan Singingi district government. This study is deskriptive research. The subjects of this research totaled 209 respondents. The data collection method used in this study is a form of scale named brief cope scale and role conflict scale. Data were analyzed by using SEM Partial Least Square with the software SmartPLS 3.0 M3. The result of this study indicates that stres control has a positive influence on role conflict with a path coefficient of -0,277 with a pvalue of 0.003 less than 0.05 and a t-value of 2.950.
