The influence of product quality on customer satisfaction at the Zieffa Bakery and cake shop in Bagan Batu Rokan Hilir Regency ABSTRACK MUNNAH 207210546 The aim of this research is to determine how product quality affects customer satisfaction at Zieffa Bakery And Cake Shop in Bagan Batu, Rokan Hilir Regency. The sampling technique used in this research is non-probability sampling, which means the samples are not chosen randomly. This research employs a quantitative method with data collected from 50 respondents. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and interviews, and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS V.26. The hypothesis testing results indicate that product quality affects customer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination is influenced by the R Square (R2) value of 83,3%, with the remaining 16,7% influenced by other factors not examined in this research.
