Analisis Kualitas Pelayanan Surat Keterangan Tidak Mampu (SKTM) terhadap Masyarakat di Kelurahan Tanjungbalai Kota Kecamatan Karimun Kabupaten Karimun
Services are broadly defined as activities of a person, group or organization that satisfy needs either directly or indirectly. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of SKTM making services in the TanjungBalai Village, Kota Kec. Karimun Kab. Karimun Service analysis measures 3 indicators, namely service transparency, service procedures, service time. This research uses quantitative methods. The location of this research is the Office of the TanjungBalai Village Head, Kec. Karimun Kab. Karimun. Types and data collection techniques used consisted of primary data collected through research tools in the form of questionnaires, interview lists and secondary data collected through tables. The results of this study indicate that the indicators of service transparency, service procedures, service time are included in the more tangible category.
