Analisis Strategi Komunikasi Humas Polda Riau Dalam Membangun Hubungan Kerja Sama Yang Efektif Terhadap Wartawan Di Kota Pekanbaru

This research aims to find out how to analyze the Riau Regional Police's public
relations communication strategy in building effective collaborative relationships
with journalists in Pekanbaru City. Collaborative relationships can be formed
because of the communication strategies owned by the two organizations. The
realization of effective cooperation is the main goal of an organization.
Communication strategy is a method used by individuals or groups to achieve
common goals through effective communication. In this research, researchers
used qualitative research methods with a qualitative descriptive approach to
obtain research data using interview, observation and documentation methods.
The data obtained will later be analyzed as a comparison material between one
informant and another. The results of this research show that the communication
strategy carried out by the Riau Regional Police Public Relations towards
journalists has been in accordance with the MOU standards that apply to the
Riau regional Police. Riau regional Police public relations communication
strategies include communication, transparency and collaboration or
cooperation. So that the formation of this cooperative relationship has had a
beneficial impact on both parties.
