The development of internet technology cannot be separated from human life. One of them is social media which currently makes it easier for people to get what they need, such as accessing information quickly and easily, video streaming anytime and anywhere. Tiktok is a video-based social media platform that is widely used by the public to access the videos they need and want. This study discusses the role of Live Shopping Tiktok as a Promotional Media. The purpose of this research is to find out how the Role of Live Shopping TikTok as a Promotional Media for the Pekanbaru Mobile Country. This study uses a qualitative method with reference to a descriptive approach, namely the data collection technique used consists of three, namely in-depth interviews with informants, as well as direct observation and documentation of the Mobile Phone Country. The results of this study are to find out the role of live shopping TikTok as the newest promotional platform because of its wide reach. Live shopping also plays an important role in increasing direct visitors to the store, increasing sales figures, increasing follower numbers and building consumer confidence because in this promotion it influences viewers and builds consumer confidence so that audiences can be influenced to buy the products offered and thereby make Negri Ponsel is getting more advanced in running its business.
