Tingkat Kemampuan Teknik Dasar Tenis Lapangan Atlet Eka Tenis Klub Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kemampuan teknik dasar para atlet di Eka Tenis Klub Pekanbaru. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 12 atlet yang diambil dari populasi sebanyak 45 atlet. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data berupa tes kemampuan teknik dasar tenis lapangan, meliputi tes pukulan servis, forehand, backhand, dan volley. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif dalam bentuk persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kemampuan teknik dasar tenis lapangan atlet Eka Tenis Klub secara keseluruhan berada pada kategori sedang. Rincian hasilnya adalah: kategori sangat tinggi ditemukan pada 1 atlet (8,33%), kategori tinggi pada 1 atlet (8,33%), kategori sedang pada 7 atlet (58,34%), kategori rendah pada 3 atlet (25%), dan kategori sangat rendah tidak ditemukan (0%). The method used is qualitative descriptive research. The research sample consisted of 12 athletes taken from a population of 45 athletes. The instrument used to collect data was a test of basic tennis technique skills, including serve, forehand, backhand and volley tests. The data obtained was analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques in the form of percentages. The results of the research show that the overall level of basic tennis technical abilities of Eka Tennis Club athletes is in the medium category. The details of the results are: very high category found in 1 athlete (8.33%), high category in 1 athlete (8.33%), medium category in 7 athletes (58.34%), low category in 3 athletes (25% ), and the very low category was not found (0%).
