This policy to reduce the use of plastic bags is a policy made directly by the Regent of Siak Regency. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how the implementation of Plastic Bag Use Reduction Policy at the Siak Regency Environmental Office (Study in Tuah Serumpun Market, Tualang District, Siak Regency). Assessment indicators include standards and objectives, resources, communication between organizations, implementing characteristics, socioeconomic environment, and implementing attitudes. This type of research is quantitative research in which questionnaires are the primary data collection tool.The subjects of the study consisted of, Head of the Environmental Office of Siak district, Head of the Waste and Waste Management Section b3, Head of control, pollution environmental damage , head in the field of structuring and increasing the capacity of LH, Business Actors who are selling at Tuah Serumpun Market, and People who are shopping at Tuah Serumpun Market . The total sample of this study was 49 people, of which respondents were Business Actors who were selling at Tuah Serumpun Market and people who were shopping at Tuah Serumpun Market . The findings of this study revealed that the Application of the Plastic Bag Use Reduction Policy has been Implemented Enough , it's just that there are still several things which has not been maximized as a whole which is because some of the indicators used in All of them are still not being implemented to their full potential because they are not all included in the Implemented category.
