Pengaruh Lama Perendaman Cacing Sutera (Tubifex Sp) Melalui Penambahan Enzim Papain terhadap Kelulushidupan dan Pertumbuhan Benih Ikan Baung (Hemibagrus Nemurus)
This study aims to determine the effect of soaking time for silk worms (Tubifex sp) through the addition of papain enzyme to the survival rate and growth of asian redtail catfish (Hemibagrus nemurus). The method used was a completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments 3 replications, namely treatment P0 = immersion for 0 minutes, P1 = 10 minutes, P2 = 15 minutes, P3 = 20 minutes and P4 25 minutes. The asian redtail catfish used was 10 days old after the yolk ran out with an average weight of 0.04 g/head with a length of 1.50 cm/head. The seeds were obtained from Saprizal's UPR in the village of Padang Mutung, Kampar District. The results showed that the highest survival rate was in the P4 treatment of 80.00% and the lowest was in the P0 of 72.22%. The highest absolute weight growth was in the P4 treatment of 0.43 gr and the lowest was 0.32 gr. The highest absolute length growth was in the P4 treatment of 2.13 cm and the lowest was 1.35 cm. The highest daily growth rate for the P4 treatment was 1.42% and the lowest was 1.08%. The best feed conversion ratio was the P4 treatment of 1.52. Water quality parameters, namely temperature 26-30OC, pH 5.20 – 6.06, Dissolved Oxygen 4.1 – 6.2 mg/l and Ammonia 0.29-0.99 mg/L.
