Pengaruh Cusotmer Experience terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Ayam Remuk Pak Tisto Cabang Teras Kayu Resto
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of customer experience on
customer satisfaction of Pak Tisto's Crushed Chicken, Teras Kayu Resto Branch.
This type of research uses a quantitative method approach. The population in this
study were all the people of the city of Pekanbaru who had bought Pak Tisto's
Chicken Crushed Chicken. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents
using a sampling technique (accidental sampling). The collection is done by
distributing questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used validity test, reliability
test, simple linear regression analysis test, t test, and coefficient of determination
test. The results of this study indicate that the Customer Experience variable with
Sense, Feel, Think, Act, Relate indicators gets results from respondents in the Very
Good category. As for the variable Customer Satisfaction with indicators of
Conformance of expectations, Interest in revisiting, Willingness to recommend
getting results from respondents in the Very Good category. The results of the
simple linear regression study show that Customer Experience has a significant
relationship to Customer Satisfaction. The results of the coefficient of determination
show that the R Square value is 0.618, which means that the Customer Experience
variable can affect Customer Satisfaction by 61.8% while the remaining 38.2%.
