The research was carried out at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Islamic University of Riau, Jalan Kaharudin Nasution KM 11 No.133, Air Cold Village, Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the interaction and main effect of Goat Manure and GDM Liquid Organic Fertilizer on the growth and production of melon plants (Cucumis melo L.). This research was conducted for 4 months starting from June to September 2022. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 2 factors. The first factor is the dose of goat manure (factor K) consisting of 4 levels, namely 0, 1.4, 2.8, 4.2 kg/plot. and the second factor GDM liquid organic fertilizer (factor P) consists of 4 levels, namely 0, 4, 8, 12 ml/l water. so there were 16 treatment combinations with 3 replications. Where each treatment combination consisted of 4 plants. 2 of them were sampled for a total of 192 plants. From the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the interaction of Goat Manure and GDM Liquid Organic Fertilizer has a significant effect on the parameters of fruit weight per plant and fruit circumference. The best treatment combination was (K3P3) goat manure dose of 4.2 kg/plot and GDM liquid organic fertilizer concentration of 12 ml/l water. The main effect of real goat manure on all parameters observed. The best treatment was goat manure 4.2 kg/plot. The main effect of GDM Liquid Organic Fertilizer is significant on all observed parameters. The best treatment is GDM Liquid Organic Fertilizer 12 ml/l water.
