Aplikasi POC Kulit Pisang dan Pupuk Hayati Emas terhadap Pertumbuhan Setek Nilam Aceh (Pogostemon Cablin)
Research with the title Application of POC Banana Peel and Gold Biological Fertilizer on the Growth of Aceh Patchouli Cuttings (Pogostemon cablin). This research was carried out at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Riau Islamic University, Jalan Kaharudin Nasution No, 113, Air Cold Village, Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru for 4 months from January to April 2022. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of POC interaction between banana peels and gold biological fertilizer on the growth of patchouli cuttings in Aceh. The experimental design used was a factorial Completely Randomized Design which consisted of two factors. The first factor was the POC of banana peels (A) which consisted of four levels, namely without POC of banana peels, 100 ml, 200 ml, 300 ml per liter of water and the second factor was Gold biological fertilizer (E) which consists of four levels, namely without treatment, 10 g, 20 g, and 30 g per plant so that there are 16 treatment combinations. Each treatment consisted of 3 replications, so 48 experimental units were obtained. Parameters observed were the age at which shoots appeared, the percentage of cuttings growing, the length of the longest shoot, the number of branches, the length of the longest root, and the volume of roots. Data were analyzed statistically and continued with BNJ level of 5%. The results showed that the interaction of POC banana peels and gold biofertilizer had a significant effect on the age of shoot emergence, the percentage of cuttings growing, the longest shoot length, the number of branches, the longest root length, and root volume. The best treatment dose of POC banana peel is 300 ml per liter of water and gold biofertilizer is 30 g per plant. The main effect of the POC of banana peels is significant for all parameters, namely 300 ml per liter of water. The main effect of gold biological fertilizer has a significant effect on all observation parameters, namely 30 g per plant.
