PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN MEDIA PADI (PAPAN DIAGRAM) TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA KELAS V SDN 159 PEKANBARU Putri Rahmadia NPM. 206910220 Email : [email protected] ABSTRACT This research was motivated by the results of a preliminary study conducted with class V teachers at SD Negeri 159 Pekanbaru that there were problems regarding student learning outcomes regarding the presentation of data that was not too far from the criteria for achieving learning objectives (KKTP). Problems are caused by less varied learning media. To overcome this, researchers used diagram board media to see how the diagram board media influenced student learning outcomes regarding data presentation in elementary schools. This research was conducted in class V A of SD Negeri 159 Pekanbaru (as a control class) and class V B of SD Negeri 159 Pekanbaru (as an experimental class). This type of research is an experiment, with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The results of the findings obtained were the learning outcomes of students in classes that did not use diagramboard media (control class) with an average posttest of 54.00, compared with the learning outcomes of students in classes that used diagramboard media (experimental class) with an average posttest of 85.33. Based on the results of data analysis obtained after conducting this research, it shows that there is an influence of diagram board media on the mathematics learning outcomes of class V students at SDN 159 Pekanbaru.
