Implementasi Samsat Digital Nasional (E-Signal) di Kantor Sistem Administrasi Manunggal Satu Atap (Samsat) Pekanbaru Kota

This study aims to identify and analyze the implementation of the National Digital Samsat (E-SIGNAL) at the Pekanbaru City Samsat Office. The assessment indicators used include communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. This type of research is a descriptive survey with quantitative analysis, namely prioritizing the questionnaire as a data collection tool. The population and sample in this study amounted to 36 people. The types and techniques of data collection consisted of primary data collected using questionnaires and interview techniques, as well as secondary data collected using observation and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques use frequency tables. Based on this analysis technique, the researcher assessed and concluded that the Implementation of the National Digital Samsat (E-SIGNAL) at the Pekanbaru City Samsat Office was categorized as quite implemented. The inhibiting factor is that the National Digital Samsat (E-SIGNAL) service at the Pekanbaru City Samsat Office is still not effective, this is because socialization to the community has not been maximized, so there are still many people who do not know about the existence of an online E-SIGNAL service at the Pekanbaru City Samsat office. And the availability of resources and supporting facilities is still inadequate, such as server applications that often crash, and errors often occur when inputting five digits of the frame number.
