This research is aimed to know about intelligence in North Sumatera
Labuhanbatu Selatan distric attorney character an obstacle of implementation in
corruption case handling.
The main problem in this study is how role labuhanbatu selatan district
attorney intelligent character in corruption case handling considering that the
attorney intelligent is justice intelligent or law enforcement. And what are the
constraint labuhanbatu selatan district attorney intelligent character in
corruption case handling, remember a lot of corruption case is not completed a

The research method that the author uses is juridical-normative, non
doctrinal with approach qualitative that use to sketch theorytic. It is threaten in
primary data source by using data based on document and perception from
inteligence Labuhanbatu Selatan distric attorney. The data collecting is done with
interview, observation and litertature study.
The data analysis technic that the researcher carried out is to analyze
qualitative namely a system of using and resulting data that stated by oral or
return respondent and also the real behavior investigated and studied formally
with interactive model including data reduction, data serving and data obtain
from the relation of the cause from a symptom caused, si it showing the basic of
conclusion take over.
Based on the result of research and data analysis, furthermore can be
obtain that inteligence Labuhanbatu Selatan distric attorney role must meet the
target to bestow corruption case to special crime section determined by attorney
leader. And the constraint labuhanbatu selatan district attorney intelligent
character in corruption case handling, that is first from human resource aspect,
second from infrastructure tool and last from estimation aspect. third this factor
obstacle source all at once as the solution factor.
