Pengaruh Employee Engagement terhadap Komitmen Organisasi (Studi Kasus Karyawan PT. Suka Fajar Cabang Pekanbaru)
In this study, two variables were used, namely employee engagement as the independent variable (X) and organizational commitment as the dependent variable (Y). This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Employee Engagement on Organizational Commitment (Case Study of Employees of PT. Suka Fajar, Pekanbaru Branch). The type of research that the writer used was a descriptive survey research type and a quantitative research method using SPSS 23 software. The population in this study were employees of PT. Suka Fajar Pekanbaru branch of sales, totaling 60 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the Employee Engagement variable with indicators of Vigor, Dedication, Absorption gets the results of the respondents Strongly Agree. As for the Organizational Commitment variable with the indicators of Affective Commitment, Normative Commitment, Continuity Commitment, the results of respondents are in the Strongly Agree category. The results of the simple linear regression study show that Employee Engagement has a significant relationship to Organizational Commitment. The coefficient of determination is 0.577 (57.7%), which means that employee engagement has a 57.7% influence on organizational commitment and 42.3% is influenced by other factors.
