Viktimisasi Korban Street Crime (Studi Kasus Penjambretan di Wilayah Hukum Polsek Tampan Pekanbaru)
Highways are public facilities that are used by the community to carry out mobility using various types of vehicles and this causes interaction for anyone who is involved in it. Based on this, it is not uncommon for several street crimes to occur which include mugging, motorbike theft, and other crimes related to the use of the highway. This study discusses the victimization of street crime victims which is focused on the jurisdiction of the Tampan Pekanbaru Police, using qualitative methods and a descriptive approach, resulting in findings that in the jurisdiction of the Tampan Police there are cases of mugging which caused the victim to experience loss of property after an analysis using theory victimless crime and routine activities, namely mugging crimes that occur because of the stimulus provided by the victim which then ends in motivated actors, lack of care for the goods owned by the victim, and supported by victims who deserve to be the target of the crime of mugging.
