Uji Daya Hambat Ekstrak Daun Senduduk Bulu (Clidemia Hirta) pada Bakteri Aeromonas Hydrophila, Vibrio Alginolyticus dan Pseudomonas Aeruginosa
This study aims to determine the antibacterial activity of Senduduk Bulu leaf extract (Clidemia hirta) on the growth of the bacteria Aeromonas hydrophila, Vibrio alginolyticus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa as well as the level/concentration of Senduduk Bulu leaf extract which is good for inhibiting the growth process of these pathogenic bacteria. The method used is an experimental method using a completely randomized design (CRD), namely with 5 treatments and 2 repetitions, namely P1 (5% concentration), P2 (10% concentration), P3 (15% concentration), P4 (20% concentration) and P5 (Concentration 25%). The results of the phytochemical test of Senduduk Bulu leaf extract (Clidemia hirta) contain phenolic compounds, saponins, flavonoids, and steroids/terpenoids. The inhibition power of senduduk bulu leaf extract against Aeromonas hydrophila, Vibrio alginolyticus, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa at a concentration of 5% -10% is classified as strong and 15% -25% is categorized as very strong. The best concentration of senduduk leaf extract of bulu leaves to inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria is a concentration of 25%.
