Analisis Sentimen Terhadap Layanan Dana Pada Google Play Menggunakan Naive Bayes Dan Support Vector Machine
In the current era, technology is widely used and needed by many people, one of which is smartphones. One of the most popular mobile applications in Indonesia is the DANA application, which provides various financial services. DANA is a Financial Technology (Fintech) that provides transaction services with users' smartphones. E-wallet can be interpreted as a digital wallet or you could say electronic money to facilitate transactions in non-cash payments. The aim of this research is to determine the level of accuracy of the Naïve Bayes and Support Vector Machine methods and assess the ability of the Naïve Bayes and Support Vector Machine methods in analyzing the sentiment of DANA application service users in reviews on Google Play. The results of this research are that when applying the Naïve Bayes method, an accuracy result of 86% was obtained, while the Support Vector Machine method obtained an accuracy result of 98%.
