The crime of theft with violence is a serious problem and is a serious concern for law enforcement in the jurisdiction of the Rumbai Pesisir Police. In this case, the police play an important role in anticipating criminal acts from occurring. For this reason, this research wants to know about Law Enforcement of the Crime of Theft with Violence in the jurisdiction of the Rumbai Pesisir Police. And the aim of this research is to analyze law enforcement efforts in cases of violent theft, as well as what are the inhibiting factors in law enforcement for criminal acts of violent theft in the jurisdiction of the Rumbai Pesisr Police within the last year. In conducting this research, the researcher used an empirical legal research method where the data collection tool was carried out using an interview method with law enforcement officers, in order to obtain accurate data in this research carried out directly at the research location. The results of research on law enforcement of criminal acts of theft with violence in the jurisdiction of the Rumbai Pesisir Police are examining how the law enforcement process is carried out by the Rumbai Pesisir Police, starting from the inquiry stage to the investigation, as well as the obstacles found in the law enforcement process faced by enforcement officers. law in uncovering, arresting and following up on perpetrators of these crimes. Such as loss of evidence, death of victims, underage perpetrators and several other obstacles experienced by law enforcement. The implication of this research is the need for increased cooperation between law enforcement agencies and the implementation of more effective law enforcement strategies to resolve this problem.
