The potential of BUMDes as an independent business institution for rural communities in providing the welfare of the village community itself.5 So that rural people can develop their potential, so they are not disadvantaged and benefit more, a backflow is needed in the distribution of natural resources and policies. This study covers the main problem of how the role of the Village Government in the financial management of Village-Owned Enterprises based on the regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs regarding Bumdes in the Village of Bukit Sembilan, Bangkinang District, Kampar Regency and what are the inhibiting factors on the Role of the Village Government in Financial Management of Village Owned Enterprises Based on the Ministerial Regulation Domestic Affairs About BUMDes in Bukit Sembilan Village, Bangkinang District, Kampar Regency. The research method used in this research is Juridical Empirical, namely conducting direct field research, using interview data collection tools and questionnaires. The nature of this research is descriptive, that is, it provides an overview of the financial management of BUMDes. This study uses primary and secondary data. Based on the results of the study, it is known that in carrying out its business activities, BUMDes must be willing to provide information about BUMDes and not make it difficult to obtain such information, so it is necessary to design information systems and other activities that are related to the interests of the general public. The factors that hinder the role of the Village Government in the financial management of BUMDes are as follows.
