Research entitled the effect of rabbit manure and NPK 16:16:16 fertilizer on the growth and production of cucumber plants (Cucumis sativus L.). This research was carried out at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Riau Islamic University, Pekanbaru. The research period was carried out for four months, from July to October 2023. This research used a Completely Randomized Factorial Design consisting of two factors. The first factor is rabbit manure (K) consisting of 4 levels, namely: 0; 150 ; 300 ; 450 g/plot. The second factor is NPK 16:16:16 (M) consisting of 4 levels, namely: 0 ; 2.5 ; 5 ; 7.5 g/plant. The parameters observed were flowering age, harvest age, percentage of female flowers becoming fruit, number of fruit per plant, fruit weight per plant, and fruit weight per fruit. The data was analyzed statistically and continued with the BNJ test at the 5% level. The results of the research showed that the interaction between giving rabbit manure fertilizer and NPK 16:16:16 fertilizer was significant on the parameters of number of fruit per plant, weight of fruit per plant and weight of fruit per fruit. The best treatment is a rabbit manure fertilizer dose of 450 g/plot and a 16:16:16 NPK fertilizer dose of 7.5 g/plant. The main effect of rabbit manure was significant on all observation parameters. The best treatment is 450 g/plot. The main effect of NPK 16:16:16 fertilizer was significant on all observed parameters. The best treatment is 7.5 g/plant.
