The problem in this research is how to implement the settlement of bad credit in the home ownership credit agreement at Mandiri Bank of Pekanbaru Branch and what are the obstacles in resolving bad credit in the home ownership credit agreement at Mandiri Bank of Pekanbaru Branch. The type of legal research used is observation or survey writing. Meanwhile, the nature of this research is descriptive research, namely to provide data that is as thorough as possible about the following things, such as people, conditions or other symptoms. Resolving Bad Credit for Home Ownership Credit at Mandiri Bank of Pekanbaru City is through 4 (four) stages, first the peaceful resolution stage, second the coaching stage, third the credit rescue stage Credit rescue is carried out by means of rescheduling (rescheduling), reconditioning and restructuring, each of which is carried out within a period of 12 (twelve) months.
