Consumer protection against nitrogen-liquid substances that do not pay attention to the rate of use and presentation advice can increase the risk of food poisoning. As stipulated in article 4 letter a of Act No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection, affirms that consumers have the right to gain comfort, security and safety in the consumption of goods and/or services. In this study there is a formula of legal problems which is as follows. First, how the implementation of consumer protection against liquid nitrogen substances in the Aero Sport Culinary Center. In contrast to this research, researchers use the type of empirical law research, which is to obtain data directly in the field by conducting interviews and observations directly. Data and data sources that the researchers are using are primary and secondary data. As for the data collection techniques used are using observation methods, interviews, and documentation. The method of drawing conclusions in this study uses deductive methods, which is to draw conclusions from the general to the special. From the results of research and discourse that the researchers found are as follows: First, against the implementation of consumer protection the BPOM and the Department of Health has already provided complaints services for the consumer community and has carried out surveillance measures. Second, there are obstacles such as entrepreneurs who do not comply with the regulations of the use of liquid nitrogen in accordance with the standardization, lack of complaint on the part of consumers.
