The electronic world is developing very rapidly, this is because of the influence of globalization on the world. The buying and selling system is basically the same as conventional buying and selling contracts, where the seller and buyer do not have to face each other. With the development of the internet and changes in people's behavior, e-commerce has become something new. Ionline buying and selling covers the entire process of customer development, marketing, sales, delivery, service and payment which is supported by a wide network of business partners. The system used when using ie-ciommiercie is very dependent on the network, and the more important user base must continue to grow every year, including TikTok which provides an online selling platform. This research has the main problems discussed, namely: What are the forms of consumer protection against buying and selling clothes that do not match the product description through the TikTok Shop and what are the obstacles in getting consumer protection against buying and selling clothes that do not match the product description through the TikTok Shop? This research is a type of empirical survey research in which research uses field data as the main data source such as the results of interviews and observations. This empirical research is used to analyze laws that are seen as people's behavior and then obtain results. The results of the research obtained by the author are: Consumer protection against buying and selling clothing that does not match the product description through the TikTok shop still does not meet good protection and is not in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Efforts to provide legal protection for buying and selling clothes that do not match the product description through TikTok Shop, such as existing regulations, namely: compensation, refunds and returns of goods as well as dispute resolution, simple, fast and affordable use.
