Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh e-service quality dan customer relationship management terhadap loyalitas pelanggan aplikasi dana pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Universitas Islam Riau. Adapun pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling maka sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu 100 responden mahasiswa. Jenis dan sumber data adalah data primer mahasiswa, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, kuesioner dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 26. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa e?service quality dan customer relationship management positif dan signifiknan, variabel yang paling besar signifikan nya adalah customer relationship management terhadap loyalitas pelanggan aplikasi DANA pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Universitas Islam Riau. Kata Kunci: e-service quality, customer relationship management, loyalitas Pelanggan
