The people of Talang Suka Maju Village only ask the Government to give the community 20% of the 3,200 Ha equal to 640 Ha as Plasma Taken from the Pt. Core Plantation. Inecda which has been published by HGU in 2021. The community's demand for plasma plantations is due to the provisions of article 29 paragraph (1) of Minister of Agriculture Regulation Number 98 of 2013 concerning Guidelines for Plantation Business Licensing which states that plantation business partnerships are carried out between plantation companies and planters, employees and the community around. The problem formulation in this research is the process of resolving land disputes between the Talang Suka Maju indigenous community and PT. Inecda in Rakit Kulim sub-district, Indragiri Hulu Regency. and what are the obstacles in the process of resolving land disputes between the Talang Suka Maju indigenous community and PT. Inecda in Rakit Kulim sub-district, Indragiri Hulu Regency so it has not been resolved until now. This type of research is a type of sociological legal research or survey, meaning that the research is carried out by the author directly going into the field to obtain information and data through respondents in the field through interviews. The nature of this research is descriptive. The resolution of this case is that the existence of indigenous communities must be taken into consideration by companies carrying out business activities, where the location is the territory of indigenous communities. Customary Law Communities and Plantation Business Actors regarding the handover of Land and compensation as intended in Article 12 paragraph (1). The company must also pay attention to the many indigenous communities as owners of customary land in the company's business area. The obstacle found was that there were many land conflicts occurring in Riau Province and throughout Indonesia, so it took quite a long time to resolve them one by one.
