An agreement is a relationship between two or more people who have interests. In this agreement, if one party does not implement the contents of the agreement, it will cause losses for the other party. As for this case, the reason for the default is that CV Sumber Rezeki did not carry out its obligations to the Barcelona Clothing Store in the cooperation in buying and selling uniforms, which in the agreement in each shipment must be paid no later than seven days after the goods arrived, but in fact until the sixth delivery, CV Sumber Rezeki did not carry out the payment to the Barcelona Clothing Store, which is considered an act of default. The formulation of the problem in the above research is: First, how is the act of default in the process of buying and selling school uniforms between CV Sumber Rezeki and Barcelona Clothing Stores for kindergartens, elementary and junior high schools throughout Dhamasraya, Second, how to remedy legal remedies in the event of default in the sale and purchase agreement between CV Sumber Rezeki and Barcelona Clothing Stores in the procurement of kindergarten school uniforms, Elementary and junior high schools throughout Dhamasraya Regency and the legal consequences for both parties. The type of research method used by the researcher is the type of empirical legal research, which is by conducting research directly to the research location using data collection tools, namely in the form of observation, interviews and documentation of respondents and research objects. And using the method of drawing conclusions, namely the inductive method, which is the process of drawing conclusions from things that are specific to things that are general. From the results of the research and discussion that the researcher found: First, the agreement between CV Sumber Rezeki and the Barcelona Clothing Store for the cooperation agreement on the procurement of school uniforms for kindergartens, elementary and junior high schools throughout Dhamasraya has occurred a default caused by CV Sumber Rezeki as the buyer has violated the agreement that has been agreed at the beginning. The reason for this negligence is that CV Sumber Rezeki has exceeded the payment limit in the agreement that has been agreed upon by both parties. Second, the settlement of this default is carried out by means of summons, namely from the Barcelona Clothing Store to CV Sumber Rezeki. And the consequence of this act of default is the arising of the rights of the aggrieved party (Barcelona Clothing Store) in the problem and can claim compensation to the party who has made the loss (CV Sumber Rezeki), namely the loss of Rp. 1.687.090.000,-
