Honey Gourd or Butternut squash has now begun to be developed in Indonesia with a market that is still quite limited. Honey pumpkin has a relatively high selling price. Honey gourd is also rarely available and rare. This study aims to 1). Knowing the characteristics of farmers and honey gourd farming profiles, 2). Analyzing honey gourd cultivation techniques, 3) Analyzing the efficiency level of honey gourd farming. This research was conducted for 6 months, starting from November 2022 to April 2023. This research used a survey method. Respondents amounted to 10 honey gourd farmers. Respondents were obtained by census. The results showed that the age of honey gourd farmers was in the productive age group, namely 43.30 years with an average length of education of 13.60 years, an average experience of honey gourd farming 9.40 years, an average number of family dependents 2.60 people. and the average area of land owned by farmers is 0.65 Ha. Honey gourd cultivation technology carried out by farmers begins with land preparation, honey gourd seed sowing, honey gourd planting, fertilization, watering, pest control and honey gourd pruning and harvesting. The efficiency level of honey gourd farming is obtained from the value of the Return Cost Ratio (RCR) obtained at 2.36. This means that for every Rp. 1.00 allocated for production costs, a gross income of Rp. 2.36 or a net income of Rp. 1.36 will be obtained.
