The method for drawing conclusions in this research is deductive, namely drawing conclusions from general matters to specific matters. In general, the research results explain that the form of legal protection for contract workers in the PT. Barelang Sejahtera Prima can only be carried out repressively, namely controlling or correcting it after a dispute occurs. Protection of contract workers at PT. Barelang Sejahtera Prima consists of, social security protection, wage protection, protection and protection for Industrial Relations Dispute Settlement. PT's constraint factors.
