Indonesian people are synonymous with various kinds of celebrations, one of which is the wedding celebration. Many people bind themselves with other communities to meet their needs so that a legal relationship arises, namely an agreement. There are problems between Mimi Yakub Wedding Organizer and the tenants, such as being in arrears for the remaining payments and not even making the remaining payments until now. This makes Mimi Yakub Wedding Organizer as a party that rents out or business actors lose because it will reduce business capital, they also have to pay workers, make payments to other businesses that work with them in carrying out events and other things. The formulation of the problem in this research is, first, how is the implementation of the rental agreement between tenants and those who rent wedding instruments for Mimi Yakub Wedding Organizer in Siak Regency in 2022. Second, what are the legal consequences for the agreement between tenants and those who rent out Mimi's wedding tools Yakub Wedding Organizer in Siak Regency in 2022. The type of research that the authors use in this study is empirical sociological research by going directly to the field to obtain some data (observational research). library search process. The data collection techniques that the authors use are interviews and questionnaires. While the method of drawing conclusions that the author uses in this study is the deductive method of drawing conclusions, namely drawing conclusions from things that are general to specific. From the results of the research and discussion that the authors found, they were as follows: First, the agreement for renting wedding instruments for Mimi Yakub Wedding Organizer was made orally. Agreements made verbally/in writing are still binding on the parties and do not eliminate the rights and obligations of the parties who agree to them. Second, the legal consequence of the marriage agreement for Mimi Yakub Wedding Organizer is to demand fulfillment of the achievements in accordance with the agreement, because in the implementation of the agreement between the tenant and the owner of the wedding instrument there was negligence by the lessee negligent in paying off the remaining rent on the tenant.
