The type of data used in this research comes from primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through interviews. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained from the results of library research. The nature of this research is analytical descriptive which provides an overview of a research object through the data that has been collected. Based on the research results, it can be understood that the implementation of the working relationship between PT. Tamora Agro Lestari with field workers in the sense is only temporary workers who have been arranged, where there is an agreement in the work contract agreed upon by the superior and subordinate and if at any time there is a termination of the contract which is detrimental to one of the parties then it should be resolved amicably or by law. applies. As well as the obstacles faced in implementing the working relationship between PT. Tamora Agro Lestari and field workers are rights disputes where disputes arise due to non-fulfillment of rights, due to differences in implementation or interpretation of statutory provisions, work agreements, company regulations, or collective work agreements. A conflict of interest is a dispute that arises in a work relationship due to a lack of agreement regarding the creation of, and/or changes to, work conditions stipulated in a work agreement, or company regulations, or collective work agreement.
