This study discusses the Impact of Underage Marriage Dispensation on the Divorce Rate (Analytical Study in the Legal Area of ​​the Teluk Kuantan Religious Court). And the author sets the discussion within the scope of the jurisdiction of the Teluk Kuantan Religious Court. The main issues discussed in this thesis are how the process of applying for a marriage dispensation and the reasons for the religious court to grant a marriage dispensation for minors. What is the impact of the dispensation for underage marriage (Taluk Kuantan Religious Court). This study aims to determine the process of submitting a marriage dispensation and the reasons for the religious court of Teluk Kuantan to grant a dispensation for underage marriage. To find out how the impact of dispensation for underage marriage (Taluk Kuantan Religious Court).The method used in this study uses the empirical method. By conducting interviews with the object of research. Respondents interviewed in this legal study were the Teluk Kuantan Religious Court and several perpetrators of underage marriage. The results of the study Based on the combination of existing data and facts and interviews with several respondents from the court and also the perpetrators of underage marriage, it was found that underage marriage will have an impact on less harmonious household life leading to things that are not wanted, namely divorce. Age is important for someone who will get married/marriage so that divorce is not found later in domestic life.
