Public Service is an activity or series of activities in the context of fulfilling service needs in accordance with laws and regulations for every citizen or resident of goods, services and/or administrative services provided by public service providers. The 1945 Constitution article 28H paragraph (1) "everyone has the right to live in physical and spiritual prosperity, to live, and to have a good and healthy living environment, and has the right to obtain health services with legal research methods that are useful for knowing the real law and studying ways legal work in a community. Every implementation or provision of public services must have standardization in its services. The service function is one of the primary functions that the government must carry out to achieve the goals of the Indonesian state. Service means serving a service that is needed by the community in all fields. Service activities to the community are one of the duties and functions of state administration. Puskesmas is one of the providers of public services in regions in Indonesia. Puskesmas is a very important basic health service facility in Indonesia.
