This research aims to determine the main and interaction effects POC of tilapia pond wastewater and NPK 16:16:16 on growth as well production of flowering cabbage (Brassica oleracea var. botrytis L.). Study was carried out at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Islamic University Riau, Pekanbaru City from January to April 2023. Research using a Completely Randomized Factorial Design consisting of 2 factors. The first factor is the POC concentration of the tilapia pond wastewater it consists of from 4 levels, namely 0; 100; 200; 300 ml/l water and the second factor is the NPK dose 16:16:16 which consists of 4 levels, namely 0; 5; 10; 15 g/plant. Parameters that observed, namely analysis of tilapia pond wastewater content, plant height, number of leaves, age at emergence of crop, age at harvest, total plant weight, wet weight economical, crop weight, crop diameter and root volume. Observation data analyzed statistically and continued with a further BNJ test with a level of 5%. The results of the research show that the effect of POC interaction on pool waste water tilapia and NPK 16:16:16 significantly on the observation parameters of leaf number, total plant weight, economic wet weight, crop weight, crop diameter and volume root. The best treatment concentration of POC in tilapia pond wastewater is 300 ml/l of water and NPK dose 16:16:16 10 g/plant. The main influence of pool wastewater POC tilapia fish were significant for all observation parameters except plant height. The best treatment is at a concentration of 300 ml/l water. The main influence of NPK 16:16:16 significant for all parameters except plant height. Best treatment on dose 10 g/plant except parameters of number of leaves and root volume, treatment best at a dose of 15 g/plant
