The state is obliged to guarantee the well-being and protect the rights of children, so that children can survive in accordance with human dignity and get protection from violations of human rights. Children who enter the transitional period of adolescent development in the span of human life, connecting childhood with adulthood. At that time, generally teenagers have a high enough curiosity. The rampant circulation and abuse of narcotics among adolescents makes the narcotics problem in Indonesia urgent and very troubling. The formulation of the problem in this study is the fluctuation of childrens in the correctional of narcotics crimes in recent years has experienced significant ups and downs. Based on this, the question arises how to implement the Guidance of Narcotics Case Correctional Childrens at LPKA Class II Pekanbaru and what are the Constraints in Implementing the Guidance of Narcotic Case Correctional Childrens at LPKA Class II Pekanbaru. The research method used for this research is the observational research method using a survey method, namely research that is directly carried out at the location or scene of the incident using data collection tools, namely interviews and questionnaires using an empirical approach. The nature of this research is descriptive, namely research that is intended to provide a clearer picture and apply existing facts in clear and systematic detail about the main research problems. The implementation of fostering Correctional Childrens for narcotics cases at LPKA Class II Pekanbaru is divided into personality development and independence development. Personality development includes personality development in the field of religion, personality development in the sports and arts sector, personality development in the field of state awareness, personality development in the intellectual field, personality development in the social field, and rehabilitation. Self-sufficiency coaching includes basic electricity installation training, furniture work training, hair cutting training, hydroponic training, fishing training, meatball making training, barista training, mask and raincoat training. Obstacles in the implementation of fostering Correctional Childrens for narcotics cases at LPKA Class II Pekanbaru to realize social reintegration, such as family factors, community factors, motivational factors, facilities and infrastructure factors.
