The fundamental problem of this study is how covenants are carried out on the credit agreement between the UEK (Village Economic Business) self-sustaining with customers in the tribal bridge of Antui, Bengkalis district, and how female achievement at the credit agreement between the executives independent bendy with customers in the household Titian Antui, district Bengkalis. This study can be classified as an empirical law is to get the data they need in the research the legal aspect of looking at facts taking place in the field by method interviews and questionnaires, meanwhile the nature categories of tis research are of nature descriptive, that is to describe the state of the subject or object of research at the moment now, based on the facts. The results of this study used a deductive conclusion method, that the implementation of the credit agreement provided by the Berkah Mandiri Village Economic Business to customers there are still many who make late payments installment loan and not in accordance with the agreed time. Then, on the settlement of defaults on credit agreement in the Village Economic Business Mandiri’s blessings are not yet optimal because they do not have certainty of status a strong legal entity so that it cannot act like a bank or institution legal entities to be able to confiscate or sell and even auction goods or objects that serve as collateral and can only be done by way of give a warning letter in the form os Sp1 to Sp3, then conduct a review back to make a new deal.
