Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Permintaan Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) Petani Swadaya Kelapa Sawit di Desa Pangkalan Serik Kecamatan Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau
People's Business Credit in agriculture provided by the government is a facility that can help farmers with capital supply problems. It is hoped that this farm credit facility will assist farmers in carrying out agricultural production activities better in order to achieve an increase in farmer income. This study aims to analyze: 1) The characteristics of oil palm smallholders who receive KUR; 2) Factors of production, costs, production, income and profits of oil palm smallholders; 3) The process of distributing KUR to oil palm smallholders; 4) Factors influencing the demand for KUR. This research was carried out for 6 (six) months starting from January 2022 to June 2022. The method used in this research was a survey method. The number of research samples used was 40 oil palm farmers. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data. This study uses qualitative and quantitative analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study showed: 1) The average age of the KUR recipient farmers in Pangkal Serik Village was in the productive age of 47.25 years with an age range of 27-65 years and also had sufficient farming experience for 10-25 years with an average of 17. 92 years old and has 3 family dependents; 2) Oil palm farming carried out by farmers in Pangkalan Serik Village, Siak Hulu District is profitable with a production of 15,539 kg/ha/year. This can be seen from the RCR value of 3.33, meaning that the costs incurred by farmers are Rp. 1 earns a profit of 2.33. This advantage is quite large for oil palm farming because farmers are already effective in managing the use of production factors or production facilities; 3) In the KUR distribution process, farmers submit all KUR requirements to the KUD, the KUD submit farmer files to the BRI bank, then the bank conducts a survey to farmers and then farmers can take KUR loans at KUD; 4) The factors that significantly influence the demand for KUR for oil palm farmers are the farmer's profit, monthly installments, collateral value and education dummy.
