In the era of modernization, many economic activities from all fields are looking for a new invention to meet the needs and desires of an increasingly diverse society. One of them is economic activity in the field of beauty, namely eyelash extensions. At present, eyelash extensions installation services in the Kubang Jaya Kampar area are very widespread and the people there do not understand how the law on installing eyelash extensions is in the law of protecting consumers in installing eyelash extensions services. Regarding this research, there are several problems in this thesis research, namely as follows: First, how is the service for installing eyelash extensions in Kubang Jaya Kampar Village. Second, how is the legal protection of accountability for eyelash extensions installation services in Kubang Jaya Kampar Village. For this research, the type of research used includes empirical sociological research (observational research) which is research that is carried out directly in the field to obtain information and data from respondents. This research was conducted in Kubang Jaya Village. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The population and sample are parties related to the overall problem of this research. The data analysis used is a qualitative technique by way of deductive inference, namely from general to specific matters. From the results and discussion of the research, the authors found that: first, the installation of eyelash extensions in the village of Kubang Jaya Kampar, the practice of installing eyelash extensions at salons in the village of Kubang Jaya Kampar is by means of consumers doing eyelash extensions with the main reason being to beautify themselves so that they are more visible attractive, eyelashes are more curled, thicker, and beautify the eyes so that they can be more confident without caring about the effects. The procedure or practice of implanting eyelash extensions carried out in these salons is a process of connecting (extensions) or planting artificial eyelashes made from human hair, animal hair, and synthesis which are implanted on natural eyelashes one by one with the help of glue. special extensions. Against how legal protection. Second, legal protection for liability for eyelash extensions installation services in Kubang Jaya Kampar Village, namely in Article 4 letter (a) of Law Number 8 of 1999 has stated regarding consumer rights. The article clearly states that consumers are entitled to comfort, security and safety in consuming goods and/or services.
