Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Pengambilan Keputusan Nasabah untuk Menabung di BMT Amanah Riau Cabang Ukui
This research was motivated by the fluctuations in the number of customers who saved at BMT Amanah Riau, Ukui branch. The variables studied in this research included religiosity, the advantages of BMT, and the marketing mix as independent variables, while the decision to save was the dependent variable. This research aimed to determine whether religiosity, the advantages of BMT, and the marketing mix influenced customers' decisions to save at BMT Amanah Riau, Ukui branch. The study used a quantitative approach, with a sample size of 202 respondents. This research employed multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis testing. The results found that religiosity significantly influenced customers' decisions to save at BMT Amanah Riau, Ukui branch. The advantages of BMT also had a significant effect on the decision to save at BMT Amanah Riau, Ukui branch. The marketing mix significantly affected customers' decisions to save at BMT Amanah Riau, Ukui branch. Simultaneously, there was an influence of religiosity, the advantages of BMT, and the marketing mix on customers' decisions to save at BMT Amanah Riau, Ukui branch by 15.1%.
