Pengaruh Kompos Kotoran Kambing dan Kompos Ampas Kelapa terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Produksi Tanaman Kedelai Edamame (glycine Max L. Merr)
This research aims to determine the effect of the interaction of goat manure compost and coconut dregs compost on the growth and production of edamame soybean plants. The research was carried out at the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Riau Islamic University, Pekanbaru. Conducted for 5 months from May to September 2023. This research used a Completely Randomized Factorial Design consisting of two factors. The first factor is goat manure compost (C) consisting of 4 levels, namely: 0, 400, 800 and 1200 g per plot. The second factor of coconut dregs compost (K) consists of 4 levels, namely: 0, 150, 300 and 450 g per plot. The parameters observed were plant height, stem diameter, age at flowering, age at harvest, number of pods planted, percentage of fruity pods, weight of pods planted, number of seeds planted. The data was analyzed statistically and continued with the BNJ test at the 5% level. The results of the research showed that the interaction between providing goat manure compost and coconut dregs compost had a significant effect on the parameters of stem diameter, flowering age, harvest age, number of pods planted, percentage of fruity pods, weight of planted pods and number of seeds planted. The best treatment is a combination of 1200 g goat manure compost per plot and 450 g coconut dregs compost per plot. The main effect of goat manure compost had a significant effect on all observation parameters. The best treatment is 1200 g per plot. The main effect of coconut dregs compost had a significant effect on all observation parameters. The best treatment is 450 g per plot.
