An agreement is a contract made between two or more people regarding a certain matter in accordance with the agreement between the two parties and is binding. This also applies to all legal entities including cooperatives based on Law Number 25 of 1992 Article 1 paragraph (1) concerning Cooperatives, stating that a cooperative is a business entity consisting of individuals or cooperative legal entities by basing its activities on cooperative principles as well as a people's economic movement based on family principles. The Torus Mandiri Jaya Savings and Loan Cooperative also has the aim of helping the community in general by saving members' savings and channeling them back in the form of credit. The main problem in this research is How is the Implementation of the Savings and Loan Agreement on Members of the Torus Mandiri Jaya Savings and Loan Cooperative in Bukut Raya District, Pekanbaru City According to Law Number 25 of 1992 concerning Cooperatives. The type of research used by the author in this research is Observational Research methodology by means of Survey, until the author goes directly to the field in order to collect the data obtained for writing this scientific research. Survey research is research that uses research instruments Questionnaires and interviews as the main assistance guidelines for collecting information and respondents. Based on the results of research conducted by the author, it shows that the implementation of savings and loan agreements in cooperatives involves a systematic process, starting from filling out the application form to disbursing money by the cooperative treasurer. Factors such as the customer's track record, can hinder the implementation of the agreement. Cooperatives address these issues with strategies such as resource enhancement, income diversification, risk management, and financial education. The research also highlights the importance of complying with Law No. 25/1992 on Cooperatives, which covers aspects such as cooperative establishment, organizational structure, fund management, responsible lending, and member development. The legal aspects of loan agreements are crucial to ensure validity, fairness, and security for both parties involved.
