Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan Mobile Banking terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa Universitas Islam Riau (UIR) dalam Pembayaran Uang Kuliah pada Bank Syariah Indonesia
The aim of the study is to investigate the influence of mobile banking service quality on the satisfaction of UIR students in paying tuition fees at Indonesian sharia bank. This study uses a quantitative approach, with a sample size of 374 respondents. The data sources of the study are from primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique of the study is simple linear regression analysis by using the T-test (Partial) and the Coefficient of Determination (R2) test. The results of the study show that there is a significant influence of the mobile banking service quality on the student satisfaction of Islamic University of Riau (UIR) in paying tuition fees at Sharia Indonesian Bank. The results of the t-test show that t-count (3.901) > t-table (1.966), and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. It can be interpreted that there is a significant influence of the mobile banking service quality on student satisfaction partially. Meanwhile, the results of the coefficient of determination test show 0,37, it means that 3.7%. Meanwhile the remaining is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the higher the the mobile banking service quality, the higher the level of the satisfaction of UIR students in paying tuition fees at Sharia Indonesian Bank.
