Pengaruh Pemanfaatan Limbah Batu Andesit Sebagai Pengganti Filler pada Campuran Aspal Concrete-wearing Course terhadap Karakteristik Marshall
Andesite stone is a natural stone originating from volcanic mountains that has strength and beautiful texture when used as furniture for houses, roads and others. The andesite stone used in this study is a stone that has not been used. The purpose of this research is to determine the utilization and effect of andesite stone waste as a substitute for filler in laston (AC-WC) with Bina Marga 2018 Revision 2 Specifications. This research uses the Experimental research method. In this test, there are several types of tests, namely gradation testing, aggregate specific gravity, asphalt mixture specific gravity, marshall testing. In the processing of andesite stone waste, mashing is carried out manually and testing using a No.200 sieve so that it can be used as a substitute for filler.Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the use of andesite stone waste in the 20% variation is the most effective mixture according to the 2018 Bina Marga Specification Revision 2. The results of this study obtained the optimum asphalt content of 5.6%. The greater the percentage of waste used in the mixture, the VMA and VIM, but for the VFA parameter the greater the percentage of waste used, the more it rises. Stability values for the percentage of andesite stone waste ranging from smallest to largest are 1662.6 kg, 1800.6 kg, 2090.3 kg, 2042.1 kg and 1593.6 kg. Although there is an increase in stability, it is still within the 2018 Bina Marga Specifications, Revision 2. Whereas in the flow value there is a decrease in the percentage of waste 25% and 50% until there is an increase in the percentage of waste 75% and 100% but still within the 2018 Bina Marga Specifications, Revision 2. In this study all variations in the percentage of andesite stone waste used are still within the 2018 Bina Marga Specifications, Revision 2 except for the 50% percentage variation.
