Implementasi Program Keluarga Harapan Melalui Kebijakan Pemberian Beasiswa Mahasiswa Miskin Di Kabupaten Siak
This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Family Hope Program through the policy of providing scholarships for poor students in Siak Regency. To find out what are the obstacles in implementing PKH scholarships in Siak Regency. Several complaints felt by the community are inequality in distribution, there is inequality in the distribution of PKH scholarships, where some families who meet the eligibility criteria do not get full access or there is a gap in the amount of assistance received. Sample selection was carried out (purposive sampling). Based on the results of research and data analysis, it shows that: Implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) through a policy of providing scholarships for poor students in Siak Regency is a strategic step to increase access to education and community welfare. This program shows several advantages and benefits, such as significant assistance with tuition and living costs, increased motivation to study, and reduced economic burden for poor families. However, the implementation of this program also faces a number of obstacles that need to be overcome, including administrative, technical, social, economic, geographical obstacles, and coordination and commitment problems. Full support from the local government and positive responses from the community show that this program has great potential to be successful. However, to achieve more optimal goals, continuous efforts are needed to overcome existing obstacles, ensure transparency and accountability, and increase the effectiveness of services and socialization.
