Identifikasi Perkembangan Lahan Terbangun di Kelurahan Labuh Baru Timur Kota Pekanbaru Tahun 2010-2020

East Labuh Baru Village is one of the villages located in Payung Sekaki District with an area of 3.55 km2 with the highest population density of 9,428 people/km2. To anticipate the possibility of the growth rate and development of Labuh Baru Timur Village which is growing rapidly and increasingly complex, it has an impact on changes in land function so that guidelines and direction are needed in carrying out development. This study aims to determine the most influential factors on land use change in Labuh Baru Timur Village, Pekanbaru City. The research method used is quantitative descriptive method. A sample of 100 people was selected using the slovin technique from the population of Labuh Baru Timur Village, and data was collected through field observations and questionnaires. Variables considered include distance to facilities, land price, environment, accessibility, and facilities. The analysis techniques used in this study are spatial analysis with the help of ArcGIS 10.4 application research instruments and satellite imagery to see land use changes in Labuh Baru Timur sub-district during the 2010-2020 period, as well as scoring analysis to determine the factors that most influence land use change in Labuh Baru Timur sub-district. Based on the scoring analysis of the five factors tested, accessibility and environmental factors have a very large influence on land use change in Labuh Baru Timur Village with scores of 1281 and 1270 respectively, followed by facilities and location factors with scores of 1258 and 1248. Meanwhile, the land price factor has the lowest score with 1228.
