In the modern era of construction, concrete plays a key role in global infrastructure projects due to its strength and durability. However, the ability of concrete to flow easily and adapt to desired shapes is crucial. The concept of "concrete slump," which measures the consistency of the concrete mix, plays a central role in construction projects. Studies on concrete slump discuss measurement methods, additives, and environmental impacts. The use of the additive Mastersure 1007, with adjustable dosage, offers a solution to achieve optimal strength and consistency in modern construction projects. This research utilized cylinder samples and considered four variations of Mastersure 1007 additive percentages: 0%, 0.2%, 0.4%, and 0.6% of the total weight of cement. The mix design method employed adhered to the SNI 03-2834-2000 standard. Test results indicate that as the dosage of Mastersure 1007 additive increases, the concrete slump value decreases. This phenomenon is attributed to the presence of a Retarder reaction within the additive, inhibiting the cement reaction at higher dosages. The higher the dosage of Mastersure 1007 additive, the higher the obtained slump value. This suggests that the addition of Mastersure 1007 at high dosages reduces the slump value of concrete. However, with an increasing dosage, the slump value tends to rise.
