Research on "Test of Boiler Ash Application and NPK 16:16:16 on Oil Palm (Elaeis guineensis Jacq) Nursery in Pre Nursery on Peat Media". The research was conducted at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Riau Islamic University, Pekanbaru City, from June to September 2023. The purpose of the study was to examine the interaction and main effects of boiler ash and NPK 16:16:16 on oil palm seedlings (Elaeis guineensis Jacq) in pre nursery on peat media. The study used a Completely Randomised Factorial Design consisting of two factors. The first factor is the dose of boiler ash (B) which consists of 4 levels, namely 0, 15, 30 45 g per polybag. The second factor is the dose of NPK 16:16:16 (N) which consists of 4 levels, namely 0, 5, 10, 15 g per plant. The parameters observed were soil pH measurement, plant height, number of leaf midribs, length of the longest leaf midrib, stem girth and root volume. Data were analysed statistically and continued at the 5% level of BNJ test. The results showed that the interaction effect of boiler ash and NPK 16:16:16 was significant on the parameters of the number of leaf midribs, the length of the longest leaf midrib, stem circumference and root volume with the best treatment being the dose of boiler ash 45 g per polybag and NPK 16:16:16 15 g per plant. The main effect of boiler ash was significant on all observation parameters with the best treatment being a dose of 45 g per polybag. The main effect of NPK 16:16:16 was significant on the parameters of plant height, number of leaf midribs, length of the longest leaf midrib, stem girth and root volume with the best treatment being a dose of 15 g per plant.
