The implementation of the Agreement on Control of Agricultural Land with Lien is a serious problem in the economy of the people of the state, this is because if the implementation of control of agricultural land with a lien is allowed to pass the maximum time limit, it will further increase social inequality in society, and for the economic community. The weak will find it difficult to improve their economy, which should receive special attention from the weak economic community by the State, in order to avoid the feudal domination of land as in the colonial period. The main problem in this study is how the implementation of the agricultural land mortgage agreement in the Nagari Customary Density in Junjung Sirih District, Solok Regency. What are the obstacles to the agreement on pawning agricultural land in the Nagari Customary Density in Junjung Sirih District, Solok Regency. However, this type of research is an empirical type, from its descriptive-analytic nature, while the data collection tool in this research is through interviews , quisioner and observations relating to the implementation of Article 7 of Law Number 56 Prp of 1960 concerning Pawning in the research location, namely the District Respect the Sirih of Solok Regency. The implementation of the pawn agreement for agricultural land in the nagari adat density in the Junjung sirih sub-district, Solok district, in the pawn agreement most people make the pawn agreement carried out verbally which is known by the closest relatives and heirs and is also equivalent to the land, for the involvement of the customary head as well as the power holder of the rights. Indigenous peoples against low inheritance assets are not required to be known by the customary head because this right is a strong right for individual rights, but it is different if the pawn of agricultural land designates a high inheritance land object, the loan money is gold. While the legal analysis of the agricultural land pawn agreement in the nagari adat density in the Junjung sirih sub-district, Solok district, which is the majority of the people who carry out land pawn transactions do not know about the rules governing the implementation of pawning, the second is because the borrowing and redemption of pawns in this area uses gold. , and the value of gold every year experiences a third spike. The community considers pawns to have a social function, namely helping the four Minangkabau customary principles in accordance with the Minangkabau customary proverb "debt haruih dibayia pawn haruih tabui" (debt must be paid, pawn must be redeemed) four is limited because it is carried out in a relative environment by taking into account the level of distance "jarak sajari" (distance of one finger), "distance of sajakka."
